Marc Whitten Memorial Music Scholarship

Awarded to one or more students in middle school, high school or college who live in Bibb, Jones, Monroe or Houston county. Funds may be for purchase of music instrument or equipment, private lessons on in-depth study such as summer music camp. Two deadlines each year: November 30 and March 31.

Bob Barnette Memorial Music Scholarship

Young Jazz Musician Scholarship

Awarded to a graduating high school student who has demonstrated proficiency in jazz as an instrumentalist or vocalist. Deadline for application is March 31 each year.

Student must attend a high school, home school program or first year college student and reside in Bibb or one of 14 surrounding middle Georgia counties.

 

Candidates should be graduating seniors at the end of the school year and must provide evidence of acceptance to college or university, or community college. Click the button for complete details and application.
